If agreed with the quotation, payment should be made within 14 days from the quotation date. Payment shall be made by bank transfer.
Once payment has been made, the sale is binding and cannot be waived.
Production of the goods will start after receipt of payment.
All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery costs.
The goods travel at the expense and risk of the consignee.
To be valid, any complaint must be made in writing and at the latest within 3 days, following the receipt of the goods via e-mail (info@menke-co.com).
The stated production time is indicative and may vary according to the availability of raw materials.
Should a defect occur within 2 years after delivery that is due to a manufacturing or material error, Menke will offer repair or replacement free of charge, provided the damage was not caused by injudicious use by the Buyer.
